## 4.1 Functional Requirements

### 4.1.1 Home-Visit Nursing

- The responsibilities of administrators at home-visit nursing stations must be clarified and requirements reviewed to ensure both the quality of provided home-visit nursing and efficient station operation.

### 4.1.7 Palliative Care and Cancer Treatment
